Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE. THIS IS A BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT. BY ACCESSING AND CONTINUING TO USE THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SITE IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Any reservation made on this site and/or through any other online service including but not limited to booking.com implies the guest and their companions acceptance for the terms and conditions contained in these regulations and they are obliged to comply with them. By accepting these terms you agree to return the apartment and facilities in the same good conditions in which you received it, and you assume full responsibility for any damage and shortage caused.

Himmel Blau Rentals reserves the right to ask guests, companions and/or visitors to vacate the apartment and leave the facilities whenever these rules are not respected, or inappropriate behavior occurs at management discretion. Such a situation will not give you the right to set any claims or to ask for any compensation, and you will be assuming the loss of everything you paid.

RESERVATION POLICY

Reservations will be valid for 24 hours and will be confirmed with a 50% advance payment. Once your payment is visible in our system your reservation will be confirmed; At Check In time you will be asked to pay the remaining balance. Our enabled payment methods are by cash, wire transfer, credit and debit cards through Mercado Pago or PayPal.

Any modification for the reservation within 7 days prior to the arrival will be subject for a USD 50 which will be charged according to the BCRA day quote. Any date change will be subject to availability and in no case it will be applicable for refunds of any sum resulting from making a reservation for a smaller number of nights.

Cancellations within 14 days prior to the arrival date will be charged with the 50% advance payment which will be retained as a penalty without the chance for using the contracted nights for any other possible date in the future. In the event the guest does not show up on Check In day without having been notified of such circumstances in advance, we will also retain the 50% advance payment as a penalty and the reservation will be considered canceled without.

PRICE

Our prices are expressed in US dollars and will be converted to Argentine pesos according to the BCRA quote on each payment day. (For ex.: After making a reservation for a total of USD 100 you will be paying USD 50 converted to pesos according to the exchange rate for the day. At Check In time you will need to pay the remaining balance of USD 50, even if there is a variation in the exchange quote.

The total amount for any reservation matches the number of days and people selected, and all the services contracted by the guest at reservation time. If you do Check Out early, invoiced charges will not be refunded. Any services and/or consumption contracted and/or carried out during your stay must be paid at Check Out time.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

All guests staying at Himmel Blau Rentals must register before entering the apartment and using our facilities. One day prior to your arrival we will provide you with the access codes for the building and the apartment, along with a video about our entry procedure. Mind to let us know your arrival time in advance so we can register it correctly.

Check In takes place from 3:00 p.m. If you want to do an early Check In you can do it for free starting at 12:00 p.m. and if you need to enter before that time you must pay one extra night; Both cases are subject to availability and require our approval. Mind the access codes are valid only after your registered Check In time.

Check Out takes place until 12:00 p.m. Any stay after will be subject to availability and will result in a charge for half night if the occupancy is until 5:00 p.m., and for one extra night if it is extended after that. If you need to stay longer please let us know as soon as possible in order to reserve your place.

SERVICES

Housekeeping is provided twice a week on Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays at each guest convenience. In the event that any of these days is a holiday or if for any external reason it is impossible to provide the service, we will coordinate a new day and/or time with you. If Housekeeping service isn't needed we kindly ask you to notify us in advance.

Bed linen and towel changes are carried out once a week during cleaning days. Ask about our current rates for additional cleaning day services, additional linen change and/or valet service. Extra charges will be invoiced at Check Out time.

RESPONSIBILITY

Himmel Blau Rentals declines all responsibility for theft, damage or money loss, jewelry or other valuables within our facilities. There are safes in each bedroom at your disposal to store these values.

If unexpected damage occurs to the reserved apartment prior to your Check In time, the company will notify you about and will offer you two alternatives: 1) Relocation to another unit of our own with similar features (subject to availability for the reserved dates). 2) Refund for all the charges paid in advance.

If any inconvenience occurs during your stay that affects the proper functioning for the reserved apartment, the company will guarantee that it will carry out all the necessary steps to resolve the issue and you agree to accept these terms in order to obtain resolution for the problem.

We decline all responsibility for accidental events such as power outages, water, cable TV or internet ordered by the supplying companies, or other cases that exceed our responsibility and make the guest's stay uncomfortable or impede. No claims or relocation requests will take place for events that may occur outside the unit boundaries.

GENERAL RULES

The guest and his companions must behave appropriately within the facilities, and it is prohibited to disturb the order, cause damage, harm, annoying noise and/or carry out acts contrary to morality and good customs. Animals of any type are also not permitted in any building area.

It is prohibited to throw garbage, papers or any type of waste in areas not authorized for this purpose. It is also not allowed to throw waste or any type of object into the drain that could affect and/or clog the pipes. Garbage must be removed from the apartment and deposited in the containers located in the storage areas from Monday to Friday between 8:00 pm and 11:00 pm.

Smoking is prohibited in any building area, including common areas and apartments. Any type of violation for this rule is subject to a USD 200 fine for special anti-smoke cleaning. For your safety, the entire building has smoke detectors and a fire center; tampering with any of the system's sensors is punishable by law.

Apartment occupation by a greater number of people from the original reservation will give rise to the immediate cancellation of the service without the right to any claim or compensation and assuming the loss of all paid for accommodation and guarantee of good use. It is prohibited to transfer the reservation or give any of the codes to third parties who have not registered in a timely manner.

During your stay you are obliged to observe basic security measures designed to prevent any stranger from getting in the building. In case of non-compliance, you will be responsible for any possible damage caused to the building and/or the property present therein. For your safety, do not let anyone enter the building and, when entering and leaving, leave the access door tightly closed. If you requested any delivery service, make sure you go down to receive it and do not use the electric intercom.
