2. Which is the Check In time?
It's from 3 pm. If you need to access earlier you can do so free of charge after 12 pm (subject to availability) or by paying in full for one night if you need to Check In before that time. The access to the apartment is done with a code provided trough WhatsApp.
2. Which is the Check Out time?
You can Check Out free of charge until 12 pm. If you need to leave after that time you must notify us to confirm availability and pay a charge 50% the value of one night if the occupancy is until 5 pm and 100% if it remains after that time.
3. Where are you located in?
We are located on San Martín Avenue, in the heart of Río Grande city. We are only 100 meters away from the main square, close to shops, restaurants and the banking area. The city casino is 25 meters from us.
4. Do you have own parking?

5. Which payment methods do you work with?
We accept cash, wire transfer, Paypal, debit and credit cards and stablecoins like usdt and usdc in crypto wallets. We do not accept checks; International transfers must cover the operation cost.
6. Can I make a reservation without paying in advanced?
All reservations will be valid for 48 hours and will be confirmed only upon payment of 50% of the reservation. Once your payment is done, we will contact you to confirm your reservation. At Check In you must pay the remaining balance.
7. Pets are allowed?
As we offer allergen-free spaces, unfortunately we do not accept pets.
